When the question "how much does a lawyer's service cost" arises, we understand: the client wants predictability and honesty. At the same time, legal assistance is not a product with a fixed price tag: the fee is shaped for a specific task, its complexity and the desired format of cooperation. We openly explain what the cost consists of so that you can make an informed decision.

How we set the price

The base rate of our specialists is 2500 UAH per hour. Oral consultations without processing a large volume of documents are provided from 1500 UAH per hour. The price is then adjusted depending on the specific circumstances of the case.

Main components of the calculation:

• Case analysis. Time for studying documents, legal position and risks.
• Action plan and strategy. Developing tactics, preparing procedural steps.
• Document preparation. Drafting claims, contracts, requests, procedural motions.
• Representation. Participation in negotiations, court hearings, communication with counterparties.
• Coordination of expert examinations and additional expenses. Working with experts, costs for obtaining evidence.
• Urgency and priority. Work within tight deadlines or outside regular hours affects the calculation.

Factors that affect the final amount

Case complexity. Multi-stage or contentious cases require more resources and time. Stage of the process. Pre-trial settlement, first instance, appeal or cassation — each stage has its own scope of work. Volume of materials. A large volume of documents, the need for expert examinations or international requests increase labor costs. Format of cooperation. A one-off service, full support or subscription-based assistance — different models of lawyer engagement. Risks and liability. Cases with high financial or reputational risks are assessed taking into account the firm's liability.

Payment and cooperation formats

We offer several transparent models so that you can choose the optimal option:

• Consultation. Assessment of the situation, recommendations and an action plan. An ideal starting point for determining next steps.
• One-off service. Preparation of a specific document or performing a single action (claim, contract, complaint). Suitable for targeted tasks.
• Case support. Full cycle of work: from analysis and strategy to representation and case closure. The cost is formed based on an assessment of the scope of work.
• Subscription service. Regular legal support for businesses or private clients with a fixed monthly fee.
• Success fee. Part of the remuneration is tied to the result. Applied by agreement for certain categories of cases.

How we make the calculation transparent

1. Preliminary assessment. At the first consultation we identify key factors and provide an approximate estimate.
2. Detailing the scope of work. After reviewing the documents we provide a written proposal with a list of tasks and expected time.
3. Recording the terms. All agreements are formalized as a contract or confirmation letter with a clear list of services and payment terms.
4. Reporting. If necessary, we provide interim reports on the work performed and time spent.
